Warranty Policy

The AirHood products are designed to the highest standards to make clean cooking a reality for everyone. Should you encounter any difficulties, while using and operating your product in observation of the instruction manuals and in the intended environment, our customer team are ready to assist you viasupport@theairhood.com or ourcontact form here. 

1 YEAR STANDARD WARRANTY 

• 1 year standard warranty is valid for a 12-month period from the date of purchase of merchandise on Theairhood.com 
• The warranty is applicable to the following products – The AirHood, Oil Filter, Base Boost only.  

• Merchandise or parts found to be defective within the warranty period may be replaced to the customer out of AIRHOOD's warehouse stock.  
• In these conditions, "Defective" applies to a product that fails or ceases to operate fully and correctly at any time within the warranty period, due to manufacturer's defect. 

Shipments received with damaged product will be replaced with a new shipment. Returns must have an RMA number assigned by AIRHOOD or they will be refused with all costs and risks assumed by the sender. 

AIRHOOD also offers a 30 day moneyback guarantee for all products that are defective. If you believe you have received an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@theairhood.com for further instructions.

6 MONTH EXTENDED WARRANTY 

• All orders made from June 20th 2023 on Theairhood.com are eligible for a free extended warranty of 6 months in addition to the 1 year standard warranty 
• The 6 month extended warranty will commence after the completion of 1 year standard warranty period on the same terms and conditions as applicable for standard warranty 

• The warranty is applicable to the following products – The AirHood, Oil Filter, Base Boost only.  
• The offer is not applicable for purchases made outside of Theairhood.com 
• The offer is not transferable and nor exchanged for cash or products.
